1. You must pay a specified visit fee for any service.
2. Minor defect will be diagnosed at the visit fee itself.
3. The visit charge can be different, it depends on your distance.
4. Visit Charges may be different for all Appliances.
5. If our engineer reaches your home, and after that you want to cancel the service, then you have to pay the service fee.
6. The visit charge will not be levied for the items under warranty.
7. You will get 6 months warranty on repair of appliances.
8. For warranty, you must have an original bill signed by an engineer and you.
9. Warranty is valid only on repaired parts.
10. Warranty on fully replaced parts is not valid.
11. Warranty is valid only for those parts mentioned in the bill.
12. The company can share your personal information such as name, contact number, address, with third person. (This will be used to serve you)
13. Digital bill will be mailed or WhatsApp to you in 24 to 72 hours.
14. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your service request. (you will be notified for this)
15. If you want quick service, then you will have to pay a separate fee, which will be different from the visit charge, it will depend on your service request.
16. You may get a call before sending the engineer.
17. After service, you can call or message for feedback.
18. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided by us, please share your feedback.
19. If you schedule service for one appliance, and after the arrival of the engineer, you want another service for any other appliance, then you will have to pay a separate service charge for that.
20. On one request you have to pay one time visit charge, if it is not repaired on that day then next visit will be free.
21. Certain terms may be different for all services, which you may see while availing the services.
22. Execution of any type of charge on the company will be as per judicial, In Motihari Court.

4. सभी उपकरणों के लिए विज़िट शुल्क भिन्न हो सकते हैं।
5. अगर हमारा इंजीनियर आपके घर पहुंचता है, और उसके बाद आप सेवा रद्द करना चाहते हैं, तो आपको विजिट शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
6. उपकरणों की मरम्मत पर अभी आपको 6 महीने की वारंटी मिलेगी।
7. वारंटी के अंतर्गत आने वाले उपकरण के लिए यात्रा शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा।
8. वारंटी के लिए, आपके पास इंजीनियर और आपके द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित एक मूल बिल होना चाहिए।
9. वारंटी केवल मरम्मत किए गए भागों पर मान्य है।
10. पूरी तरह से बदले गए पार्ट्स पर वारंटी मान्य नहीं है।
11. वारंटी केवल बिल में शामिल किए गए पार्ट्स के लिए मान्य है।
12. कंपनी आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी जैसे नाम, संपर्क नंबर, पता, किसी तीसरे व्यक्ति के साथ साझा कर सकती है। (यह आपकी सेवा के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा!)
13. 24 से 72 घंटे में आपको डिजिटल बिल मेल या व्हाट्सएप कर दिया जाएगा।
14. कंपनी आपके सेवा अनुरोध को रद्द या पुनर्निर्धारित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है। (आपको इसके लिए सूचित किया जाएगा)
15. यदि आप तत्काल सेवा चाहते हैं, तो आपको एक अलग शुल्क देना होगा, जो कि विजिट शुल्क से अलग होगा, यह आपके सेवा अनुरोध पर निर्भर करेगा।
16. इंजीनियर को भेजने से पहले आपको कॉल आ सकती है।
17. सर्विस के बाद फीडबैक के लिए कॉल या मैसेज कर सकते हैं।
18. यदि आप हमारे द्वारा प्रदान की गई सेवा से असंतुष्ट हैं, तो आप हमें सूचित कर सकते हैं।
19. यदि आप एक उपकरण के लिए सेवा निर्धारित करते हैं, और इंजीनियर के आने के बाद, आप किसी अन्य उपकरण के लिए सेवा चाहते हैं, तो आपको उसके लिए एक अलग सेवा शुल्क देना होगा।
20. एक रिक्वेस्ट पर आपको वन टाइम विजिट चार्ज देना होगा, अगर उस दिन उसकी मरम्मत नहीं की गई तो अगली विजिट फ्री होगी।
21. सभी सेवाओं के लिए कुछ शर्तें भिन्न हो सकती हैं, जिन्हें आप सेवाओं का लाभ उठाते समय देख सकते हैं।
22. कंपनी पर किसी भी प्रकार के आरोप का निष्पादन न्यायिक प्रक्रिया के अनुसार मोतिहारी न्यायालय में होगा।
